Time to get back blogging!
Physically I’m definitely recovered from the NYC marathon three weeks ago. Still getting my sleep and rest back on track. The quality of my sleep has not been 100% over the last three weeks. This I can really notice. Over the next few weeks it’s going to be my top priority.
What are my priorities from here and mid-January?
1. Get plenty of rest. Include more naps on the weekends.
2. Continue to lose my remaining pounds. Currently 186, goal will be 177-8.
3. Make sure the easy days and rest and recovery days are truly rest and recovery days.
4. Get all my workouts in.
The weight goal will be challenging but is definitely doable if I give it a good focus.
More as the week goes on.

Priority #5 (or higher): Run with wife at least once a week. :-)
