End of the week

Feeling very fatigued tonight. It was a busy week in all aspects of my life. My regular weeks are busy enough but we also had some work being done at the house hence not as much down time. There will always be weeks like this; fortunately not every week.

Looking forward to the weekend runs. Think I'll run up in Gatineau park both tomorrow and Sunday. Trying to get some hills in.
